Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Measurement Specialties LM31-00000F-100PG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Milltronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mettler product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the F100SI138SU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SafeTiltSwitch manufactured by Milltronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Milltronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TB600831020 by Manufacturer Mettler as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mts Brand LHTRG00U04801V0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mettler such as 410000254 equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QX2VB02SDM made by Metso-Automation-Stonel-Corp as well as the popular EE51077402 original spares produced by Namco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMF050M322NU by Micro-Motion and 410000254 spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
